Room Tarrif
All rooms are ensuite, prices include breakfast.
Rates for minimum 2 night stays (1 night stays
Room 1 – Twin Ensuite Room with Bath
- Midweek (Sunday to Thursday) £100 per room per night (for two people)
- Weekend Rate (Friday to Saturday) £120 per room per night (for two people)
Rooms 2 and 3 – Double Ensuite Room with Shower
- Midweek (Sunday to Thursday) £95 per room per night (for two people)
- Weekend Rate (Friday to Saturday) £110 per room per night (for two people)
Single Occupancy – price on request
There is an extra charge for one night stays, subject to availability.

If staying for 7 nights or more please contact for special pricing
All rooms are double or twin rooms, for single person occupancy rates please contact us.
Please advise in advance of your stay, of any special dietary requirements, we will do our best to meet these.
Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £50 is requested with each booking.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Please note there are no ground floor rooms, all rooms are on the 1st floor. We do not have the facilities to accommodate young children or babies.
Sorry, we can’t accommodate pets, but you may see our resident cats around some of the shared spaces.
We ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure.
